Poker Coaching Reaps Rewards

I’ve recently been spending time with my poker coach, despite playing for over 3 years, I still believe I can improve, and poker coaching is without doubt the best method to do this. It may seem odd to readers of this blog that I myself receive poker coaching, yet, proclaim to be a poker coach myself! Well, on the face of it, it does seem odd that a winning online poker player needs poker coaching…then again, how does it differ from a tennis player working on his serve, a golfer perfecting his swing, or a football team working on tactics? You see, looking at those parallels, you quickly realise that to be the best, you can never be complacent, and always be humble enough to believe there is room for improvement.

So, what have I been working on with my poker coach? Well, primarily I have been looking at bet sizing, and what amounts to bet versus different types of players. On a most simplistic level, the idea is to build big pots versus bad players, and smaller pots versus good/regular players. Other considerations are stack size, and gameflow. Don’t worry, all of these concepts will be explained simplistically and pitched for the most novice of players in my zero to hero poker apprenticeship program which im developing. As always, I welcome your feedback, so do let me know in the comments field what you’d like me to include? E.g. concepts you struggle with, format of learning (vids or ebooks) etc.

Using some really simple poker coaching tips and tricks, Im certain I can transform novice players into steady winners, and further, accelerate players from micro limit games playing for pennys, to small/mid stake games earning hundreds. Stick with it, and you too can be earning hundreds, potentially thousands. Im living proof! Good luck at the tables, Johnny
